Order Currency
All orders will be processed in US Dollars.
Delivery
Curently, we ship within Australia, United States, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Saudi Arabia. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. SENSER cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matters.
Please be advised, we are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses of any kind as the couriers we use require a signature to confirm delivery.
If you refuse a shipment from SENSER or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SENSER. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers: DHL and UPS.
Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. If you are registered with us, you can check the status by signing in and selecting your order under "My orders". Alternatively, you can insert the tracking number supplied into DHL’s website. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order, even if you do not have an account with us. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Orders are eligible for cancellation during Reviewing. If the order has been prepared for shipment cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 10 working days, it is important to note that some banks may take longer to process refunds, and SENSER has no control over this process.
How to cancel your order
Should you wish to cancel your item, here's is what to do:
Go to the "My orders" page.
Find the the order you want to cancel and click to see the order details.
Click the "Cancel item" button positioned below your item.
Follow the prompts to cancel your order.
Returns
You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account. Click the order you would like to return and follow the prompts.
All other returns will incur a fee of USD 35 per item due to the return international logistics fees and quality inspection costs for your return items. Orders over USD 800 will incur an additional processing fee of USD 60 per item.
We accept returns within 7 days, starting from the day your order was delivered (including anti-theft buckle). Items received after this period will only be accepted at the discretion of SENSER.
Meanwhile, you understand that if there are obvious signs of use or man-made damage to the product, the above return terms will not apply.
Return policy
All returned items must be new, unused and with all original brand garment tags attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
Lingerie and Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages.
Skincare and cosmetics must be unopened with an unbroken seal and in its original packaging.
Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Exchange
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are included in your order and ordinarily you will not be required to make any additional payments to the courier upon importation. Any applicable duties and taxes are specified in the checkout.
For orders above US$800 in total, duties may be applicable and the estimated duties are included in the total amount payable at checkout.
For orders under US$800 in total, ordinarily, there should not be any duties payable on your order. However, there is a daily value limitation of US$800 on your ability to import goods into the United States without the payment of duties. Where there are multiple purchases addressed to the same individual with shipment on the same day, U.S. Customs and Border Protection may treat them as a single shipment and your order may be subject to duty. Note that any duties payable on your order due to this restriction will be billed directly by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and not billed by SENSER.
