Delivery

At the moment, we offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia.

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date (including anti-theft devices). Items received after this period may only be accepted at our discretion.

Please note, delivery times are based on the time from dispatch and are intended as a guideline only. SENSER is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, payment issues, or other factors beyond our control, though we will make every effort to minimize any potential delays.

Orders are dispatched using our trusted express couriers, DHL and UPS.

Tracking My Order

You can track your order as follows:

1. Login to your account. If you checked out as a guest, register with the same email address you used to place your order.

2. Go to the My orders page by clicking on the Account button and selecting "My Orders".

3. Find the order you want to track and click to see the order details.

Cancellation

We understand that there may be instances where customers need to cancel their orders. If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and without confirming the order, you will receive a full refund.

After 24 hours of placing an order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 35 per item. Final payment amount exceeding 0 per item will incur a total fee of 60 , which includes an additional processing fee.

If you choose to cancel your order after it has been Shipped, we will attempt to intercept the shipment. If the interception is successful, we will help you cancel the order and charge a cancellation fee of 35 per item. Final payment amount exceeding 0 per item will incur a total fee of 60 , which includes an additional processing fee. If the interception fails, we will continue to deliver the item to you. You may then initiate a no-reason return after receiving the package.

Once your cancellation is processed, your refund will be returned to your original payment method. The funds can take up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

You can cancel your order as follows:

2. Go to the My orders page to find the order you want to return and click "Cancel item".

Return policy

You can purchase in confidence and send the items back to us if they are not right for you. If you would like to initiate a return, please go to your account. Click the order you would like to return and follow the prompts.

Returns will incur a fee of 35 per item. Orders over 0 will incur an additional processing fee of 60 per item returned. Any original shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

Returns must use the label(s) provided and arrive at our location within 7 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of Senser.

These terms do not apply where your purchase is faulty.

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All returned items must be new, unused and with all original brand garment tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
  • Lingerie and beachwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Refund Process

Exchange Service

We don't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you can return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Duties and Taxes

Your order includes all applicable duties and taxes, so you typically won't need to pay anything extra to the courier upon delivery. The relevant duties and taxes will be detailed during checkout.
