RETURN POLICY
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (including items with anti-theft devices), while your item can reach our return center after that 14 days window.
  • Returns due to product quality issues, or incorrect items shipped, or any errors made by our platform, there will be no return fees charged on to you.
  • All other returns are subject to a return fee based on the final payment amount per item, which covers international return shipping and quality inspection costs.
    • For items with a final payment amount of 0 or below, a return fee of 29 per item will apply.
    • For items with a final payment amount above 0 and below 0 , a total return fee of 108 per item will apply.
    • For items with a final payment amount of 0 or above and below 0 , a total return fee of 0 per item will apply, which includes an additional processing fee.
