RETURN POLICY
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (including items with anti-theft devices), while your item can reach our return center after that 14 days window.
- Returns due to product quality issues, or incorrect items shipped, or any errors made by our platform, there will be no return fees charged on to you.
- All other returns will incur a fee of 35 per item due to the return international logistics fees and quality inspection costs for your return items. Final payment amount exceeding 0 per item will incur a total fee of 60 , which includes an additional processing fee.
