Returns due to product quality issues, or incorrect items shipped, or any errors made by our platform, there will be no return fees charged on to you.
All other returns will incur a fee of 35 per item due to the return international logistics fees and quality inspection costs for your return items. Final payment amount exceeding 0 per item will incur a total fee of 60 , which includes an additional processing fee.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (including items with anti-theft devices), while your item can reach our return center after that 14 days window.
