Returns due to product quality issues, or incorrect items shipped, or any errors made by our platform, there will be no return fees charged on to you.
All other returns will incur a fee of 35 per item due to the return international logistics fees and quality inspection costs for your return items. Orders over USD 0 will incur an additional processing fee of 60 per item.
